AquaFlow - Nhắc Uống Nước • Cập nhật lần cuối: Năm 2026
Chào mừng bạn đến với ứng dụng AquaFlow (Nhắc Uống Nước). Chúng tôi coi trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn và cam kết bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của người dùng.
1. Thu Thập Dữ Liệu
AquaFlow được thiết kế để bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của bạn một cách tối đa:
- Lưu trữ cục bộ: Tất cả dữ liệu theo dõi lượng nước uống, tên người dùng, avatar và tùy chỉnh cài đặt của bạn được lưu trữ an toàn ngay trên thiết bị cá nhân của bạn.
- Tích hợp Apple Health (HealthKit): Nếu bạn cho phép, AquaFlow sẽ đọc và ghi dữ liệu nước uống vào ứng dụng Apple Health trên thiết bị iOS của bạn.
- Đăng nhập (không bắt buộc): Bạn có thể dùng AquaFlow mà không cần tài khoản. Nếu bạn chọn Đăng nhập bằng Apple hoặc Đăng nhập bằng Google, ứng dụng nhận tên, địa chỉ email và mã định danh tài khoản (với Google có thể kèm ảnh đại diện). Các thông tin này chỉ được lưu trong Keychain trên thiết bị của bạn, không gửi về máy chủ của chúng tôi (AquaFlow không có máy chủ tài khoản).
- Vị trí gần đúng (chỉ khi bật "Điều chỉnh theo thời tiết"): AquaFlow dùng vị trí gần đúng của bạn để lấy thời tiết hiện tại từ Apple Weather (WeatherKit) và tăng mục tiêu uống nước khi trời nóng hoặc ẩm. Vị trí được gửi tới Apple để tra thời tiết, không được lưu lại và không dùng cho mục đích khác.

3. Sử Dụng Dữ Liệu
Dữ liệu được ứng dụng xử lý chỉ nhằm mục đích giúp bạn theo dõi và đạt mục tiêu uống nước hàng ngày. Ngoài các trường hợp nêu ở mục 1 và 2, dữ liệu không rời khỏi thiết bị của bạn. Chúng tôi KHÔNG bán dữ liệu cá nhân, không theo dõi (tracking) và không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho mục đích quảng cáo/tiếp thị.
4. Quyền Kiểm Soát Của Người Dùng
- Xóa tài khoản: Vào Cài đặt > Tài khoản > Xóa tài khoản vĩnh viễn để xóa thông tin tài khoản và hồ sơ khỏi AquaFlow (bạn chọn giữ hay xóa lịch sử uống nước). Với tài khoản Google, ứng dụng thu hồi quyền truy cập đã cấp. Với tài khoản Apple, bạn có thể gỡ hẳn liên kết tại Cài đặt của iPhone > [tên của bạn] > Đăng nhập & Bảo mật > Đăng nhập bằng Apple > AquaFlow > Ngừng sử dụng Apple ID.
- Vị trí: Tắt "Điều chỉnh theo thời tiết" trong AquaFlow hoặc thu hồi quyền vị trí trong Cài đặt của iPhone > Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật > Dịch vụ định vị > AquaFlow.
- Xóa dữ liệu: Bạn có thể xóa toàn bộ lịch sử và dữ liệu ứng dụng bất kỳ lúc nào ngay trong phần Cài đặt > Xóa tất cả dữ liệu trong AquaFlow.
- Quyền truy cập HealthKit: Bạn có thể bật hoặc tắt quyền kết nối với Apple Health bất cứ lúc nào trong ứng dụng Cài đặt của iPhone > Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật > Sức khỏe > AquaFlow.
5. An Toàn Thông Tin
AquaFlow không có máy chủ riêng lưu dữ liệu của bạn. Dữ liệu trên thiết bị được bảo vệ bởi các lớp bảo mật mặc định của iOS; thông tin đăng nhập được lưu trong Keychain.

Welcome to AquaFlow. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
1. Data We Handle
- On-device storage: Your water intake history, display name, avatar and settings are stored on your device only.
- Apple Health (HealthKit): If you allow it, AquaFlow reads and writes water intake data in the Health app on your device. Health data is never used for advertising and never leaves your device through us.
- Optional sign-in: AquaFlow works without an account. If you choose Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, the app receives your name, email address and account identifier (and, for Google, your profile picture). This information is stored only in the Keychain on your device and is never sent to our servers (AquaFlow has no account server).
- Approximate location (only when "Adjust for weather" is on): AquaFlow uses your approximate location to fetch current weather from Apple Weather (WeatherKit) and raise your daily goal on hot or humid days. Location is sent to Apple for the weather lookup only; it is not stored or used for anything else.
2. Third-Party Processors
- Apple: Apple Health, Sign in with Apple and Apple Weather (WeatherKit) are processed by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. Weather data source: Apple Weather.
- Google: If you choose Sign in with Google, sign-in is handled by Google (Google Sign-In SDK) under the Google Privacy Policy.
3. How Data Is Used
Data is processed only to help you track and reach your daily hydration goal. Apart from the cases in sections 1 and 2, your data never leaves your device. We do NOT sell personal data, do not track you, and do not share data for advertising or marketing.
4. Your Controls
- Delete account: Go to Settings › Account › Delete account permanently to remove your account and profile from AquaFlow (you choose whether to keep or delete your drink history). For Google accounts the app revokes the granted access. For Apple accounts you can fully unlink at iPhone Settings › [your name] › Sign-In & Security › Sign in with Apple › AquaFlow › Stop Using Apple ID.
- Location: Turn off "Adjust for weather" in AquaFlow, or revoke location access in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › AquaFlow.
- Delete data: Erase all history and app data at any time in Settings › Delete all data inside AquaFlow.
- HealthKit access: Turn Apple Health access on or off at any time in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › AquaFlow.
5. Security
AquaFlow has no server that stores your data. On-device data is protected by iOS's built-in security; sign-in information is stored in the Keychain.
6. Children
AquaFlow does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
